I think when you are given a second chance, it should be a time of reflection. think about the past and what could have been. accept it without denying or downplaying it. allow yourself to indulge in it so that you are familiar with all the choices made. then let it go. dont forget it but learn from it. "shame on you if you fool me once, shame on me if you fool me twice." go forth and live like its your last day. really think about that. stop thinking about the woould haves and the could haves and just be. everything you want, go and get it. every dream you have, go and chase it. fear of failure is the only thing that stops people from achieving their dreams... and remember comfort is the adversary of progression.
